GENERAL MEMBERSHIP RULES

To enroll, you must provide the requested personal information in the enrollment form. Any personal information you provide shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Famous Rewards card may be used online at http://www.famousrewards.com and at both Mike’s Famous Delaware locations.
Store savings, special events, and promotions will be announced through email communications.
Membership in the Famous Rewards Program is open to all residents of the U.S. who are 18 years of age or older. U.S. residents 18 and older may apply online or by mail. By entering your email address and/or cell phone number on the enrollment form, you agree to receive marketing information, including email, text message, and/or voice messaging, from Mike’s Famous Harley-DavidsonYou may request to be removed from any such list via email or online at www.FamousRewards.com.
Your personal information is confidential and shall be used exclusively by Famous Rewards and Mike’s Famous Harley-Davidson to create special offers for you. Mike’s Famous shall not sell or rent any of your information to any other company or 3rd party. Mike’s Famous reserves the right to send emails for special co-promotions available only to Famous Rewards program members, but such sponsors shall not have access to your email address or any personal information.
Membership card must be presented at time of purchase to receive store point(s) activities and member savings.
Vouchers must be presented at time of purchase in conjunction with your Famous Rewards card and cannot be combined with any other discount offer. Not redeemable for cash. Coupons are void if copied and where prohibited, licensed or regulated.
The Famous Rewards Program and Mike’s Famous Harley-Davidson are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. A $1 replacement card fee will be required.
In case of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these rules, we reserve the right to take appropriate administrative and/or legal action, including, but not limited to, the termination of the Famous Rewards Program.
The Famous Rewards Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
The Famous Rewards Program may be modified, cancelled, restricted or terminated at any time without prior notice, at Mike’s Famous Harley-Davidson or Famous Rewards sole discretion.
Mike's Famous Harley-Davidson failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
All interpretations of the Famous Rewards Program terms and conditions shall be at Mike's Famous Harley-Davidson’s sole discretion.
By submitting a membership application or using a Famous Rewards Card, all applicants agree to forever waive, release, discharge and covenant not to sue the Mike’s Famous Harley-Davidson and/or its past and present partners, limited partners, owners, entity owners (and the current and former officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, limited partners, assigns and employees of any owners or entity owners), employees, agents, attorneys, directors, officers, shareholders, contractors, successors, assigns and insurers (collectively “Mike’s Famous Related Parties”), of, for and from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions and causes of action whatsoever, of every nature, character and description, known and unknown (“collectively”, “Claims”), including, but not limited to, all those arising out of or in any way related to the Famous Rewards Program, any Famous Rewards, any coupons, discounts, promotions, advertisements, experiences, all communications (including, but not limited to all emails, text messages, voice messages or advertisements), and these General Membership Rules.
Further, by submitting a membership application or using a Famous Rewards card, the applicant agrees to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Mike's Famous Harley-Davidson and all Mike’s Famous Related Parties, at all times, from and against any and all Claims, (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way related to the Famous Rewards Program, any Famous Rewards, any coupons, discounts, promotions, advertisements, experiences, all communications (including, but not limited to all emails, text messages, voice messages or advertisements), and these General Membership Rules.
By submitting a membership application or using a Famous Rewards Card, the applicant expressly agrees that exclusive jurisdiction and venue over all Claims arising out of or in any way related to these General Membership Rules or the Famous Rewards Program shall be in the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
